ZTE takes its handsets to Tunisia
Chinese mobile phone producer ZTE is taking its handsets to market in Tunisia.
This follows a favourable "test launch" of three handset models late last year, to gauge the Tunisian market.
ZTE will work with distributor RayenCom, which has with over 700 points of sale (POS) across the country.
Rayencom says the Tunisian market is largely a prepaid one, with a large number of users seeking dual SIM GSM handsets.
ZTE will market five new products in the Tunisian market, including two smartphones and an Android 2.3 tablet.
