Vodafone Ghana launches loyalty programme

Vodafone Ghana, in a bid to enhance relationship with its customers, has launched its Loyalty Programme with numerous benefits for its customers across the continent. 

According to Vodafone Ghana; the new initiative is in line with an inherent focus on building lasting relationships as a company.

The initiative hinges on the belief that creating an engaging platform where clients are ultimate beneficiaries produces a more passionate customer base and improves the bottom line.

The loyalty programme comes with a card which affords customers the ability access all priority airport lounges worldwide at a saving of up to twenty percent and up to eleven percent off the rates at over two hundred thousand hotels worldwide.

The card also ensures that customers can benefit from car rental discounts worldwide of up to twenty percent.

Speaking about the initiative at a ceremony to award all twenty of its customers, the Managing Director of Vodafone Wholesale Ghana outlined that, as the world continues to transform by digitisation, businesses have increasingly found loyalty programmes as crucial in gaining insights into the habits of customers in order to formulate better ways of meeting their needs.

He further revealed that this initiative forms part of a concerted effort to enhance the experience for their customers, because the world currently believes in a service dominant logic of doing business and it is important to acknowledge the relationship with their customers.

According to him, despite the major economic challenges of 2014, the company remained resilient as a business and will continue to work hard to deliver effective services for its customers.
