Vodafone Ghana has launched an initiative to deliver flexible tailored-made total communications solutions to meet the needs of corporate bodies, small and medium enterprises and government agencies in the country.
Vodafone Business Solutions (VBS), an initiative to provide a full range of fixed, mobile and data communications services to customers, stemmed from the re-branding of the company's Enterprise Business Unit following a 500-million-dollar investment.
The Director of VBS, Derek Appiah, said at the launch in Accra that the investment had repositioned Vodafone Ghana to offer the most modern, 21st Century internet technology in the country.
Moreover it (VBS) is focused on businesses and in finding ways that businesses can take advantage of communication opportunities to realize the ambitions they have for the future,”
Vodafone has the resource capabilities to support businesses and we are addressing our customers’ issues much faster,” he stated.
As part of Vodafone Ghana's philosophy of innovation and being first to market, the launch also saw Vodafone Business Solutions unveiling the latest BlackBerry Torch phone with features such as touch screen, a slide-out QWERTY keypad and a 5-megapixel zero-shutter camera on the Ghanaian market. The Torch is the first BlackBerry Smartphone to come with the BlackBerry 6 operating system.
