Safaricom gets modern new retail outlet
Kenya’ s Safaricom has opened an ultra modern retail unit at the recently opened Galleria Shopping Mall in Nairobi.
The new Safaricom Shop is expected to serve the firm’ s growing customer base around Bomas, Langata, Ongata Rongai and Karen among others.
Safaricom currently has over 35 retail outlets spread across Kenya as it strives to take sewrvices closer to its customers.
“ The opening of this centre is informed by the commitment to take our products and services where our customers are. We believe in making telecommunication services accessible to all Kenyans wherever they are. The expansion of our retail footprint is a major component of ongoing initiatives to improve customer experience on our network,” said Safaricom Chief Commercial Officer Peter Arina while presiding over the event.
The new shop willprovide a wide range of products and services such as M-PESA, broadband modems, Prepay, PostPay, airtime and general customer care.
