Paratus Botswana moves into new offices
Due to an extremely successful first year in operation and sustained growth, Paratus Botswana has moved into larger new offices located in the Main Mall area. The telecoms operator has a full services and network facilities license, offering a diverse range of solutions from voice, internet, data, LAN services and hosted services.
Paratus has already established its own Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) network covering most of Gaborone and has deployed its Class 4 Voice switch, delivering advanced LCR and call centre capabilities to the market in addition to its connectivity, internet and value-added services.
The company has geographically diverse routes into and out of Botswana, connecting the national network to the larger Paratus group network. This is a cornerstone for Paratus and all the services leverage off providing reliable and resilient solutions to the commercial and corporate business customers.
Paratus Botswana Managing Director, Shawn Bruwer, is excited about the new offices, he says it reflects their growth and the potential the market sees in Paratus. “After intensive planning, the Gaborone ring network is almost complete and already capable of delivering the next level of solutions to our clients.”
“We are proud of the team in Botswana and the depth of the client relationships in-country. We promote the customer experience first and foremost throughout all the African operations, and Botswana is no different,” says Paratus Group CEO Barney Harmse.
Bruwer is proud of their achievements so far and looks forward to the future of telecommunications in Botswana. “We are excited about the prospects and we are eager to host our clients for a meet-and-greet session at the new offices, as soon as the dust has settled on the relocation.”
