Kwesé TV adds pre-school channel CBeebies kids’ line-up

Kwesé TV has continued to add diversity and wholesome children’s entertainment content to its programming line-up with the addition of BBC Worldwide’s award winning pre-school channel CBeebies. This means Kwesé households across the continent can look to enjoy British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA) winning shows such as Hey Duggee and global hit Go Jetters, 24 hours a day on channel 520 on the Kwesé TV bouquet.

CBeebies is a critically acclaimed, multi-platform brand for preschoolers aged six years and under, which encourages children to learn through play. The channel offers a mixture of new and landmark, high-quality programming to educate and entertain Kwesé’s youngest audiences. It is already giving children from two to six, together with their parents entertaining, interactive and educational programming in over 100 territories globally.

Go Jetters is a BBC Worldwide and CBeebies co-commission that follows the adventures of four plucky heroes, Xuli, Kyan, Lars and Foz, as they travel the world with their teacher, mentor and friend, Ubercorn, a funky disco-grooving unicorn. A comedy, action adventure for four- six year olds, Go Jetters combines music, cool gadgets and disco-dancing to introduce the audience to geography and culture. Filled with comedy, teamwork, awesome sights, and funky facts, each episode offers older pre-schoolers a fun-filled and action packed exploration of their wider world.

Hey Duggee: BAFTA and International Emmy® Award-winning Hey Duggee, a Studio AKA production with BBC Worldwide is one of the happiest, most fun places on kids TV! Loved by both children and parents, Hey Duggee inspires children to be energetic, explore and problem solve to earn the much desired badge. Sarah and Duck: The BAFTA award-winning, 2D animated, pre-school series, shown in over 90 territories, follows the curious adventures of seven year old Sarah and her loud, quacky friend Duck, as they explore the world around them in unexpected ways. From trying to reach a rainbow, pretending to be a penguin, or helping an umbrella to stay dry, the pair are helped along by The Narrator, who joins in the adventures, offering helpful suggestions and making sure they don’t go too far astray.
