India’s NASSCOM set to visit Kenya, Uganda

A delegation from India’s NASSCOM is set to visit Kenya and Uganda later this month, to seek improved ICT business partnerships.

The ICT business delegation will make its fourth visit to Kenya from 17 – 18th  September. The key objective of the delegation is to provide the Indian companies an exposure to the Kenya ICT environment and provide networking opportunities with the local companies and agencies and explore business opportunities.

NASSCOM says India has a mature ecosystem, from which Kenya can learn and be a part of. India has a vibrant private ICT sector which primarily drives the IT sector, well supported by the Government.

In turn, Kenya has solid Government support for ICT development and adoption. NASSCOM says these factors present numerous business opportunities to both sides.
