Ghana to host Data Science Summit 2019

Ghana will be hosting its first ever Data Science Summit - IndabaX Ghana - in Accra.

The much anticipated tech event which is scheduled to take place from the 25 – 27th April, 2019 at the Kofi Annan Center of Excellence in ICT Centre, is held on the theme The Promise of Data Science for Economic Transformation.

Organized by Ghanaian-based analytics startup, Wave-2 Analytics, in partnership with the Deep Learning Indaba, the upcoming Data Science Summit 2019  aim at bringing  increased awareness and capacity building efforts in data science and analytics (including data mining, machine learning, and artificial learning) to Ghana.

Delegates according to organizers will be treat its series of lectures, panel discussions, and training sessions (tutorials) on Data Management and Business Analytics (Day 1), Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (Day 2), and hands-on tutorials (Day 3).

Best practices regarding data collection and management as well as machine intelligence will also be discussed by accomplished experts with illustrations with the right technology to ensure successful analytical product delivery.
