Ghana to host 2nd Annual Datacloud Forum in Africa

Ghana will be hosting the second edition of the Datacloud Africa Leadership Summit at the plush Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra later this year, with a focus on the region’s market and digital journey.
According to organizers, BroadGroup, this year’s forum will discuss the development of data centre infrastructure, projections for future advances and potential challenges on the African continent.
In a statement available to Biztechafrica, the high-level c-suite conference which is expected to attract the entire sphere of data centre, cloud, fibre, suppliers, finance, colocation providers and premium end-users will not only focus on international investment and expansion opportunities, but also deliberate on key markets and what investments are most attractive and how it differs across the continent.
Commenting on the upcoming event the Chairman of BroadGroup, Philip Low expressed how elated he is to join both local and international delegates from the world of tech, to share opportunities and capabilities in the region.
“We’re bringing the excitement of our Datacloud series to Accra, Ghana where we will share the tremendous opportunities and capabilities in the region. The demand is increasing and will enable infrastructure investors to develop facilities,” he said.
