Cisco Systems joins GITS in Ghana to improve customer experience

Cisco Systems has joined Global Information Technology Solutions (GITS) an elite technology partner of Cisco Systems in Ghana, to engage key stakeholders in the Ghanaian IT industry.
The engagement afforded Cisco Systems the opportunity to demonstrate to industry players how through the GITS platform, they can improve their customer experience by helping businesses integrate their delivery channels, streamline operations, and create accelerate product, service delivery and match experts with customers need in real time.
Cisco Systems solutions enables organisations to provide consistent and superior service by improving responsiveness to customers orders, issues and requests and also provides an integrated platform that financial institution can employ to transform their environments.
At a workshop held on the theme: Increase revenue, Reduce Operational Cost and Improve Customers Experience by deploying Video, Voice and Contact Centre at Novotel Hotel in Accra, the Chief Executive Officer of Global it Information Technology Solutions (GITS) Mr. Abdul Bassit Ibrahim Munagah told Biztechafrica in an interview that, his outfit through Cisco System support is to introduce to the country’s strategic players in the country’s ICT sector how Cisco technologies can assist them leverage and enhance their businesses in real time.
According to him the workshop is to illustrate how Cisco solutions forms connect with their customers and partners by optimizing business processes, improving collaboration and enabling anytime, any device access for policy sales and service.
Mr. Bassit Munagah further revealed to Biztechafrica that Global Information Technology Solutions has notice a gap in the country with regards to cloud service adoption hence the workshop to help participants to understand that cloud service is secure just like any on premise installation.
