Airtel’s Ring Road Centre, adjacent to Ecobank in the Ghanaian capital Accra, has been revamped and transformed into an ultra-modern one-stop shop, where customers’ experience will be enhanced.
The ambiance was painted with red in the newly-refurbished outlet right from the moment Airtel Ghana Director of Customer Experience Yacoba Esther Amuah cut the sod to welcome guests, to the time Head of High Value Isaac Armar launched the Talk Chaw Ankasa promotion.
In terms of Talk Chaw Ankasa, Airtel prepaid customers will enjoy the opportunity to enjoy a five-time bonus each day.
The newly-refurbished Ring Road shop is a multipurpose centre because it has a set of sections, including Airtel Money and Premier Lounge, where ‘high value’ customers will be served in a ‘royal’ manner.
Ring Road Centre will be more than a place for services, employees will also show compassion and humanity to customers with specific needs who will be identified and helped as fast as possible.
Amuah said the rehabilitation was necessary in the sense that it has improved theenvironment for customer satisfaction, and ensured that customers were welltreated when they came to expose their complaints or ask for services, including registration and purchase of SIM cards.
The company said the Ring Road Centre was the prototype of how all the country’s 80 branches will look like in the future.
