Unitel rolls out e-Net at Huambo school

By BiztechAfrica - Oct. 19, 2012, 8:35 a.m.Angolan telco Unitel has installed a computer lab as Xavier Samacau secondary school in Huambo province, as part of its e-Net project.
The e-Net programme, part of Unitels’ CSR initiatives, aims to benefit up to 18 000 youths as it rolls out internet access to secondary schools.
Speaking at the opening of the latest school e-lab, equipped with internet access and 20 PCs, the governor of central Huambo province, Fernando Faustino Muteka, called on the learners to take care of the computers they were given.
