UK co seeks more Nigerian space partnerships

UK-based satellite maker Surrey Satellite Technology Limited is seeking to extend its space technology partnership with Nigeria.

SSTL manufactured Nigeria-Sat-1 and NigeriaSat-2, and trained the Nigerian engineers who worked on the projects.

The company says it is in talks with Nigeria on a partnership in a new radar satellite.
