Two weeks left to register for Safaricom AppStar challenge

By BiztechAfrica - Oct. 11, 2012, 8:34 a.m.Mobile app developers have until 26 October to register for the Safaricom AppStar Challenge.
The Challenge aims to promote and foster local content development by providing developers with an opportunity to showcase and publicize their apps.
Besides offering prizes of up to Ksh 1,000,000, the AppStar competition will provide developers with an opportunity to showcase their skills at a regional level.
The applications will also be hosted on the Safaricom and Vodafone apps stores for use by customers within these networks.
This Competition is open to all developers and students living in Kenya.
