Tweet support for broadband for all
INTERNET
By BiztechAfrica - Sept. 24, 2012, 9:24 a.m.A one-day social media campaign aims to gauge global support for initiatives towards universal broadband access.
The ‘B more with #Broadband’ campaign urges people to tweet: This 24 September, I’m lending my voice to those offline. B more with #Broadband. #SGSglobal.
The impact of the exercise will be measured and used as evidence of popular support for the Broadband Commission's messages. This will help leverage policy makers at the level of government and the UN, who will soon be engaged with drawing up a post-2015 (post-MGD) development framework.
