Tigo Rwanda warned on QoS

By BiztechAfrica - Sept. 20, 2012, 9:26 a.m.The Regulatory Board of the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Agency (RURA) has issued an enforcement notice to Tigo Rwanda over quality of service.
RURA said in an official notice that Tigo’s quality of service had been below the acceptable standards from 7 to 21 August.
The regulator said Tigo had until 20 September to make representations to the Board if it had complaints about the decision.
The telco has been given one month, until 13 October, to comply with the enforcement notice.
