SEACOM back up after outage

SEACOM customers are back online after a three-hour outage last night.

SEACOM said in a statement that certain customers had experienced a service affecting outage beginning on the evening of Tuesday 11 September, due to a power failure in London that affected partner backhaul equipment at one of the SEACOM London data centres.

SEACOM reacted immediately to work with its partners in London to resolve the issue.  The issue was resolved within three hours, and all customer circuits are back up and stable.
