Safaricom marks 100000 fans

In a notice, Safaricom thanked its subscribers for their support.
As companies increasingly turn to social media platforms to interact with their customers and market their services, Safaricom now has 104,614 people saying they ‘like’ the company’s facebook page.
The company uses its social media presence to profile its staff members, announce competitions and promotions, and respond to customer queries.
