"The number of mobile subscriptions in Africa has doubled in the past six years since ITU launched the Connect Africa initiative", said Minister Nsengimana. "In Rwanda, the increase has been ten-fold over the same time period."
This connectivity is already transforming the economic landscape of enterprises - Transform Africa will play an important role in taking this to the next generation, and to the next level.
