RGB, MINALOC, NSR to partner on Rwanda data

The Rwanda Governance Board (RGB), the Ministry of Local Government (MINALOC) and the National Institute of Statistics (NISR) have agreed to collaborate on a project to improve data collection and statistics.

Anastase Shyaka, CEO of RGB, said the Board had acquired servers, computers and other equipment to facilitate better data collection. The RGB will also spearhead the data collection aspect of the new initiative.

The partners will focus on data relating to local government, health, population, agriculture and education.
