NigComSat progress to be considered

By BiztechAfrica - Oct. 7, 2012, 7:27 a.m.Nigeria’s House Committee on Information and Communication Technology says it will investigate delays in the awarding of contracts for NigComSat 2 and 3.
The Committee, visiting the NigComSat Ground Control Station in Abuja, said it would look into the delays.
Both the committee chairman, Dr. Ibrahim Gusau, and NigComSat MD Timasaniyu Ahmed-Rufai noted the importance of back-up satellites for Nigeria.
