Ndoroma resigns as NPTH CEO

Namibia’s Frans Ndoroma has resigned as CEO of Namibia Post and Telecommunication Holdings Limited (NPTH).
NPTH is the parent company of Telecom Namibia, Mobile Telecommunication limited (MTC) and Namibia Post Limited.
Ndoroma's position as managing director of Telecom Namibia will not be affected by his resignation as NPTH CEO.
NPTH board chairperson Henri Kaassen said Telecom Namibia's Patience Kangueehi-Kanalelo also resigned as the company secretary and legal advisor.
The resignations are in line with conditions set by the Namibian Competition Commission (NaCC) in its approval of the proposed merger between Telecom Namibia and PowerCom Leo.
