Movitel connecting Mozambique schools

By BiztechAfrica - Feb. 28, 2012, 2:40 p.m.Mozambique’s newest mobile phone operator, Movitel, has connected over 200 schools to the internet.
Mozambique’s Education Ministry said in a statement that the Ministry is partnering with Movitel to roll out internet access to around 500 schools across the country.
Movitel won its operating licence in 2010 and began trials in January this year.
