Mobile Monday comes to Addis Ababa

Mobile Mondays will also be hosted in the Ethiopian capital in future.
Launching the newest chapter of Mobile Monday at the Innovation Africa summit in Ethiopia last week, business incubation and innovation community centre iceaddis said it would host the monthly events.
Jari Tammisto, CEO and President of Mobile Monday signed the agreement launching the chapter with Levi Girma, the vice President of Ethiopia’s ICT association, ICT-ET.
“We welcome Addis Ababa to the Mobile Monday family and look forward to continuing our collaboration with ICT-ET on this important initiative," said Tammisto.
Mobile Monday is a global initiative with over 140 chapters around the world. It brings together mobile developers, influencers and stakeholders for networking sessions.
