Logistical problems slowed SIM reg

Nigeria’s NCC says logistical problems experienced by operators slowed down the national SIM registration process.
NCC Executive Vice Chairman Eugene Juwah says the registration process has delivered the data of 109 million subscribers.
The process of ‘harmonising’ this data is almost complete, he says.
Juwah says some operators experienced problems in collating the data and took it to the NCC to harmonise, which slowed down the process.
