Kaseya signs Sizwe IT Group as VAR

Kaseya Africa, a leading provider of IT systems management software, announced the appointment of Sizwe IT Group as a Kaseya value added reseller (VAR), adding further depth and reach to the company's South African partner programme.

“Sizwe IT Group is one of the leading managed service providers in the country, catering to the broad SME and corporate market, as well as the public sector, with a proven track record and various large-scale deployments under its belt in these sectors,” explains Garth Hayward, Regional Manager for Kaseya Africa. “These qualities made it the ideal company to sell, implement and support the Kaseya solution set in South Africa. With Kaseya's background in providing complete IT systems management for everyone, the partnership is set to be strong.”

According to Hayward, Sizwe IT Group is one of just three MSPs appointed as a Kaseya VAR in South Africa during the first phase of the company's new partner programme. “Through the programme, Kaseya's ability to reach the local corporate and government markets is greatly improved,” he explains.

Kaseya has appointed regional sales managers and pre-sales support staff to provide the support their partners require, in addition to the backing of the Kaseya global support team when technical and after-sales support is required. “Our partners now have access to 24/7 support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and expertly,” continues Hayward.

All Kaseya's partners have attained Kaseya Certified Administrator (KCA) status, administered by IT Scholars, Inc, based at the Florida International University. “This level of certification also gives preferred access to our international technical support team,” says Hayward.

“Sizwe IT Group strives to provide leading edge services. As such, we are rigorous in our selection process with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs),” says Johan Nel, IT Support Manager at Sizwe IT Group. “With Kaseya we benefit from excellent automation, and great value for money – attributes that will take Sizwe’s offerings to the next level within the service delivery industry.”

“We are thrilled to have Sizwe IT Group on board as an official VAR and we look forward to building our relationship with them into a thriving business in the rapidly growing managed services industry in South Africa,” concludes Hayward.
