Kaseya establishes global customer and partner advisory councils

Kaseya®, announced the establishment of a global Customer Advisory Council and Partner Advisory Council, as it holds the inaugural meeting of its Partner Advisory Council members in Amsterdam today. Comprised of key Kaseya customers and partners worldwide who have demonstrated expertise in their fields, the councils will act in an advisory capacity to Kaseya, offering insight on the state of the market and perspectives on the development of Kaseya’s solutions.
“Kaseya has established these councils in order to help shape the future direction of the company and the products and services that we deliver,” said Bob Davis, chief marketing officer, Kaseya. “These councils are absolutely fundamental in helping us intimately understand what customers need from Kaseya. By creating these councils, which will enable us to hear directly from our customers and partners, we are better able to strategically grow and shape our business in line with market demand – and ultimately provide a better service to our end-users.”
Customer Advisory Council
With a mission of engaging its diverse group of customers at a deeper level with product management and product marketing, the Kaseya Customer Advisory Council helps guide product requirements and feature sets for upcoming product releases as well as define prioritization of product roadmap decisions. The Customer Advisory Council currently consists of 30 managed service customers from the Americas, Europe, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Asia-Pacific. While many members of the council are long-term Kaseya customers who are using the full expanse of the Kaseya platform, the body is also comprised of newer customers that are using a smaller portion of Kaseya products. The Customer Advisory Council will meet on a quarterly basis.

We are being given the opportunity to talk with the company’s executives to gather ideas and help develop ideas from the ground up. By including us in the Kaseya Test Pilots program, we are given the chance to test drive the beta products to make sure they truly perform as intended, and have the capabilities needed to help make our lives easier,” said Scott Brown, president, TimbukTech Inc. “I am looking forward working with other Kaseya members over this next year and seeing this council drive greater success for us all.”
Partner Advisory Council
The Partner Advisory Council will initially launch today with ten key Kaseya partners who will meet on a quarterly basis. These members have been chosen after a rigorous selection process whereby partners are assessed for their expertise, knowledge and understanding of Kaseya’s market, their ability to acquire new customers, as well as their technical skill in delivering a product/service like Kaseya.
Today’s opening meeting of the council will see the partners provide an overview of their target markets and the key demands from their customers, whilst Kaseya will outline the scope of the program and the expected involvement of all partners.
