GhIPSS to reach rural banks

By BiztechAfrica - Aug. 18, 2012, 9:53 a.m.Ghana Interbank Payment and Settlement Systems (GhIPSS) will provide rural banks with switching services, which will take ATM services to rural areas of Ghana.
GhIPSS says switches are usually priced beyond the reach of rural banks.
Therefore, the initiative to provide the switching services would allow these banks to provide improved services to their customers.
