Ghana judgments go online

By BiztechAfrica - March 28, 2012, 11:10 a.m.Ghana’s Judicial service has joined the Google Books Partner Programme to make court judgments available online.
Chief Justice Georgina Wood is reported to have spearheaded the process to take court rulings online to improve accountability and access to the information.
Judicial opinions from the High Courts, Appellate Courts, and Supreme Court will now be uploaded and searchable from the Court’s homepage.
The Court has also embedded a Google search box on its homepage at www.judicial.gov.gh, allowing any user to search and read Ghanaian judgments.
