First ICT co on GSE suspended

By BiztechAfrica - July 12, 2012, 10:42 a.m.Clydestone, the first ICT firm to have listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange, has been suspended.
Clydestone officially listed on the GSE in May 2004. This week, the GSE announced that it had suspended trading on two ICT firms on the GSE this week – Clydestone and its sister company, Transaction Solutions.
The GSE said in a statement that the two had failed to hold their annual general meetings, a requirement for all listed companies.
