Egypt, Sudan to collaborate on ICTs

By BiztechAfrica - Sept. 29, 2012, 9:13 a.m.The Communications Ministers of Egypt and Sudan have met in Cairo for discussions on cooperation in ICT and related fields.
Egypt’s Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Hany Mahmoud, met the Sudanese Minister of Science and Communications, Eissa Bashari Mohamed when he was on an official visit to the country this week.
Amont other issues discussed, the Sudanese delegation requested the use of Egyptian expertise in fields of legislation relating to cyber crime and information security.
The Ministers also discussed enriching Arabic content, and coordinating efforts to develop the ICT sector in Egypt and Sudan.
