Dell takes a closer look at Nigeria

By BiztechAfrica - July 9, 2012, 12:15 p.m.PC maker Dell looks set to invest in a PC lab in Nigeria as it expands its reach in Nigeria.
Dell Chief Executive Michael Dell said during a visit to Lagos that Dell could establish a lab to showcase solutions and provide certification facilities in the country.
The company was also considering establishing a local service centre and a data centre, he said.
Noting that Dell Africa revenues are now about USD1 billion, Michael Dell forecast that this revenue would become many times larger.
