Consumer body lodges formal complaint against telcos

Nigerian consumer body CEON says it has lodged a formal complaint with the NCC over anti-competitive behaviour.
The Consumers Empowerment Organisation of Nigeria (CEON) says its has filed a formal complaint to the Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC) over what it describes as the anti-competitive conduct of telcos MTN, Glo Mobile and Airtel.
CEON says the three telcos are collectively discriminating against competing mobile content service providers, and it calls on the NCC to investigate.
