Airtel supports Zambian health centre

By BiztechAfrica - June 9, 2012, 1:17 p.m.Airtel Zambia has donated K83 million in health care apparatus to the Ngombe health centre.
The telco’s MD, Fayaz King, officially handed over the donation this week.
King said: “We understand the important role that good health care facilities play in achieving better health for all Zambians. This is why we have decided to come to the aid of Ngombe Health Center by donating various medical equipment and apparatus. Today we are donating two oxygen concentrators, two steam sterilizers and one suction machine.”
Airtel also painted the admission and labour wards at the health centre.
