African leaders’ convention in Mombasa next month

By BiztechAfrica - July 15, 2012, 1:40 p.m.Africa’s leaders will convene in Kenya next month for the third Africa Governance, Leadership and Management Convention 2012.
The event will be staged in Mombasa from 5 - 9 August, with the theme “Towards Sustainable Wealth and Job Creation: Challenges and Opportunities for Africa”.
The event is organised by Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) and Nigeria’s Africa Leadership Forum (ALF).
Former presidents Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria and Thabo Mbeki of South Africa are expected to be convention’s conveners.
The event aims to promote a private sector led continental dialogue on wealth and job creation; and provide a round table platform for top business leaders, researchers and policy makers to discuss challenges associated with wealth and job creation in Africa and develop a plan for action
