AccessKenya grows corporate fibre network

By BiztechAfrica - July 18, 2012, 8:43 a.m.AccessKenya reports that it now has 400 buildings connected to its fibre network in Nairobi and Mombasa, with 50 more due to be connected soon.
The company’s Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) connectivity to residential and commercial buildings takes fibre optic cables into a new building right from the initial design and building phases.
AccessKenya says it has invested over Sh100Million this year on improving its fibre networks to meet surging demand from corporates and home users. The company is actively targeting property developers as it expands its FTTP service.
