3G licenses for two Moz operators

By BiztechAfrica - Nov. 15, 2011, 10:20 a.m.mCel and Vodacom Mozambique have been awarded national 3G license extensions.
The licenses, issued by the National Communications Institute of Mozambique (INCM), are valid for 15 years.
In terms of the conditions, the operators must roll out 3G networks across the country by the end of 2015.
The country’s third telecoms operator. Movitel, was awarded its 3G license at the beginning of this year.
